Sam Attenborough
Sam is an experienced leadership coach and organisational development consultant.
Sam supports leaders to become authentic individuals, develop their confidence and bring their unique abilities and passions to their organisation so that they lead from a conscious and healthy space. A conscious leader is one who knows who they are, understands their strengths and challenges, and is able to show up from a place of personal power. He is also particularly skilled at quickly identifying issues within organisations and understanding their causes.
His work includes CEO support and coaching, including supporting leaders who are new to leadership, developing senior management team confidence and effectiveness, aligning strategic and cultural objectives, and facilitating and embedding culture change initiatives.
Sam previously co-founded our sister company, Birdsong Charity Consulting, and held senior management consultancy positions at Price Waterhouse (now PwC) and Ernst & Young.
Rozina Checkland
Rozina is an experienced HR, OD and Learning professional who specialises in people and leadership development, neuroscience informed coaching, and supporting organisations on their equity, diversity and inclusion journeys.
Rozina works with leaders at all stages of their careers and is particularly passionate about working with those new to leadership. She helps empower individuals and build confident and resilient teams. Inclusion is a thread woven throughout her work and she has a strong commitment to nurturing talent, and creating impactful learning experiences that prioritise personal and professional growth.
Her work includes one-to-one leadership coaching, delivering bespoke development programmes, building cohesive teams and creating and embedding inclusive organisational cultures.
Rozina previously ran her own leadership development and organisational development consultancy, working with a wide range of corporate, public sector and charity sector organisations.

Frances Hurst
Frances is an experienced organisational development consultant, senior manager and marketing professional.
She is passionate about helping organisations release the potential of their people and believes that, to be successful, organisations need to be built around healthy working relationships.
Frances is particularly experienced in understanding team and organisational dynamics and identifying opportunities for harnessing diversity of thinking. She provides strategic and marketing support to the business. Frances previously co-founded our sister company, Birdsong Charity Consulting, and held senior management, marketing and trustee positions at the RSPB, BTO, Diageo and Unilever.
